Until the read the following article, I couldn’t figure out why my Blackberry was not retrieving my email. It turns out the Blackberry email service was down for nearly 12 hours, from 12:00am PST until about 12 noon today. Only in the past hour has my Blackberry retrieved all emails sent to me during that 12 hour timeframe.
This should surely be a tremendous embarrassment to Blackberry, who heavily promotes the reliability of their service.
