Finally for all us Photographers using the Canon 5D Mark II DLRs to capture HD video, Canon has announced that a free firmware update, will be available for download this month. Finally in addition the the current supported framerates of 30fps, we will get 24p which is the framerate used by the motion picture industry. [...]

Oral Roberts died at the age of 91 earlier this week. I was lucky enough to meet and photograph Oral earlier this year as shown in this photo of Oral Roberts (seated), and Mart Green (standing), Board Chair of Board of Trustees at Oral Roberts University.

The story highlights the problem of photographs being stolen and used without the photographers permission or compensation.
